Prompt delivery. Beautiful painting - it has a glow to it. Sets a calming and peaceful tone in the livingroom. The little ones in the family stood before it and smiled. The youngest said it reminded him of our cosy home (the farm in the painting looks a lot better than our home). Am still awe-struck that we have such a lovely painting in the house. When one looks at it, it's as though all the noise and chaos of day-to-day living stops for a moment. It's a timelessly beautiful painting. And I'd prefer it to any painting by Constable that I know of! :-D It's a great painting. The parcel included a square business card with the picture of another painting on it - a portrait of a person with pink/red hair. It's a stunning picture. I've propped it up in the kitchen to inspire the little ones on how to paint a beautiful portrait. The composition of it, as well as the perception of the person being painted, is interesting. One can only see half the face, as if the person is obscured by a doorframe/other things in the foreground and that makes the gaze of the person in the portrait looking at the viewer all the more direct somehow. I like the colours and brushstrokes too - it's a very sensitive (lovely) depiction of the subject. Am looking forward to seeing what future works this artist conjures up with his paintbrush. Re the painting of the farm: am so so happy with it. Had seen it on the website before and loved it and never dreamed we'd have the original in the house one day. It feels like the equivalent of having a beautiful Vemeer in the home.

My fourth painting from Pete, each excellent in their own way. This one arrived on time, excellently wrapped and was even more appealing in real life than it appeared on line. It is already framed and adorning a prominent position in my living room. I am very pleased with my purchase. Looking forward to seeing more artwork from Peter Campbell Saunders.

Beautiful painting, we absolutely love it and can’t wait to have it framed and put up on the wall. For now it looks stunning on a shelf. Great communication with Peter and art work arrived well packaged and very quickly. Thanks Peter for bringing us a bit of joy in these times.

It’s a lovely piece unfortunately when I put it up it fell and I’ve damaged a corner so would be grateful for advice how to remedy it. Also will stick to canvas as easier to hang

Hi Jay, thanks for the review. Sorry to hear you had an accident with it. Being MDF it will glue and sand down, then you could match the colour and apply a little acrylic to cover the mend. Hope it’s not too bad. I actually changed to mdf panel from canvas because I had a couple of paintings damaged in the post and people seem to find it easier. I enjoyed receiving this piece. I bought it as a gift for a friend and I am extra excited about giving it now. The colors were very vibrant and deep. It arrived quickly and in good shape. I am very happy with the purchase.
