Very disappointed by state of photo. I think it had been badly rolled up and put back in packaging by customs.
I"m sure Peter had packaged it so much better. But had expected it to be packaged flat, with lots of protection.
Apart from that, everything was great.

I am so sorry to learn that the photo arrived in less than ideal condition, and I suspect you are correct and that our cousins in Customs did not do either of us any favors. As the print is not what it should be (and not what I sent you), please allow me to make the following offer; unfortunately I believe that your two week window for returns through Artfinder has expired, but I would like to offer to replace the print for you anyway, and at no further expense to you. Please just let me know if you would like to take me up on this offer and I will get started on it, and advise you when I ship it. Tubes have been an effective way to ship all sorts of 2-D artwork for years, but that time may have passed, and so I am going to act on your comment about flat box shipping and give that a try. I am sorry that you were anticipating a flat shipment, as I have always listed 'rolled in a tube' on my Artfinder store, but I think I may soon change that after this unfortunate result with sending the tube through the challenging rigors of international shipping! Again, please just let me know about the replacement print, and I will get right on that. My goal is that you be completely pleased with any work you purchase from me, and I hope you will consider allowing me to complete that process for you. Kind regards, Peter
