Miss Clements sent me a nice email and a print of one of her paintings to apologize for a little mistake in her customs declaration, which had caused a bit of trouble for me.

Petra I was so sorry about the customs problems - but glad Artfinder came to the rescue and sorted it out in the end. Thank you for your understanding and your nice review. I used the Royal Mail to send it - but never again. I will stick to my usual Pack&Send in future as they are very reliable.

Patricia was really helpful though the process including when Spanish customs tried to overcharge on the import duty. And the painting looks absolutely brilliant in our home. Very happy.

Lovely paintings with vibrant colours. They're having exactly the impact I was hoping for. Patricia was very accommodating in adjusting my order to suit my requests around framing and was extremely helpful in arranging delivery at a time to suit in the midst of juggling work commitments.
