  • Biography
    In 1993 she holds a Bachelor´s degree in Fine Arts at the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá Colombia.

    Later she took complementary courses of Painting at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia, Creativity seminars at the Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá, and Art History in several places in Bogotá.

    In 2000, she returned to her native land, Guatemala. There, she studied Art History, History of Guatemala and Mayan Archaeology. 

    She is Guest Professor of Arts History at the Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Universidad Francisco Da Vinci and Universidad del Itsmo in Guatemala, she is member of the Education Project in Popol Vuh Museum, she also has taught Arts workshops for adults and children in different institutions and academies of Bogotá and Guatemala.

    As Professional Painter she is one of most successful artists in Guatemala, she has showed 20 solo exhibitions and more than 100 collective exhibitions
