A diversly talented group of female painters, each of whom visually manifest the healing potential of immersion in the rich wilderness. Drift through drawn and painted depictions of the soothing, tranquil, transcendent wonders of our natural world, of Gaia, of Mother Nature.
Stylistically unified through impressionist and expressionist ideals, with symbolism dappled throughout the exhibition as the sun shines through a forest canopy, each artist intuitively weaves a naturalistic connection, and responds to rhythms of the natural world through process. Journey a morphing multimedia landscape with recurring themes of memory, creation, transcendence, and harmony with nature rife in the undergrowth of Visions of Healing!

Step 'Into The Cosmere’, an exhibition exploring fantastical, alien landscapes, and the world builders who create them.
Bringing together a collective of 18 emerging and established artists from the UK, Europe, and North America, whose art explores the emotional potential in altering our perceptions of natural order and universal law.
Using paint, print, pencil, sculpture and material design, the featured artists present atmospheric, topological, geological, and ecological perspectives which change our understanding of reality, providing portals through which we can step into another place. Alien planets, different dimensions, astral plains, altered laws of science; this collection of art provides the same capacity to lose ourselves in our own imaginative experiences, as science fiction and fantasy writers present in the worlds housing their structured narratives.

Euphoria is uplifting. It can be intense but brief, and leaves you wanting more. With the promise of a post-covid “euphoria” dangling above our heads, this exhibition showcases the resilience, intensity, catharsis and beauty in such a simple, shared emotion.
Event: Rosa Oculus
Dates: 1 Aug 2021 - 31 Aug 2021
The incredible collection from Mansfield's Pimlico solo exhibition.
Many of Olivia's sources lie in Myth, legend & folklore; embellished by a deep connection to fantasy and imaginary worlds. Rosa Oculus depicts a convergence of these themes, also drawing composition and narrative inspiration from the luminosity, colour, storytelling & form of 18th Century stained glass Rose Windows.
Tortured souls, figures and beasts move in and around treacherous shards of darkness and light, fracturing dream-like landscapes. We are witnessed as we witness symbols and flickering sigils emerging within the gestural strokes of paint. With intense displays of colour, texture and layer, Olivia forms visions of somewhere unknown, mystical, transcendent, otherworldly.
Heavy, foreboding skies, caverns and crevasses, megaliths, ley lines, and ethereal rays of light become the splintered landscapes.

Biography
The intuitive nature of Olivia's process allows her to engage deeply with the forms which manifest organically in the works. Bodies and beasts, altars, symbols and sacred spaces, caverns, caves and mountains, all exist quietly waiting to emerge from within the delicate but distinct and acute manipulation of paint.
