About Olga Sternyk

  • Biography
I am a watercolor artist, graduated from the National Academy of Arts in Kyiv, Ukraine, 2008. Every day I work on improving my art. I’ve moved to Sweden recently and I admire its nature. Most of all I enjoy outdoor paint sessions.

During the large part of my life, I worked with different mediums: oil, pencil, indian ink, etching, engraving, lithography. I even weaved my own carpets. Moreover, I worked as a book illustrator for several years.
Seven years of teaching gave me universal approach and deepest understanding of art.

Finally, I found myself in watercolor. This is my favorite medium for the last 10 years. I work all the time to find new ways to make the best use of this medium.
