About Oeds Offringa

I was born and raised in the quiet, northern part of the Netherlands. After graduating from 'Minerva' the Academy of Art in Groningen, I started working in advertising. For many years I was an art director at various agencies in Amsterdam. But I never stopped following my real passion: drawing and painting. Over the last few years, painting has become my main activity. I work in watercolors as well as acrylics, which are well-suited to my realistic way of painting. I have a broad range of interests that are all reflected in my work.
