Welcome.
My paintings are mainly in acrylics and on large canvases. Some are bold and created in furious palette knife sessions - others are more serene and contemplative, using less aggressive techniques.
I also enjoy doing more representational work. This is mostly life drawing, where I veer from one medium to another; ink pen, charcoal water colour. Whatever takes my fancy.
I suppose all my work is for my own pleasure, with several canvases created solely for hanging about my own home and definitely not for sale. Some I create with sharing in mind and these are the ones displayed here. I'm a big believer in recycling, so if I tire of a piece - or it just didn't work, mainly due to me not knowing when to stop work - I'll just bury it in a new painting.
