I did not realise that the painting was going to be taken off it's frame to be sent so had to reframe it, but I am thrilled with it and I can understand why Nelina did that. It was probably my fault anyway for not reading everything properly. She looks great and is very happy in our kitchen. I have only just picked her up today. Nelina was very good at keeping me in touch and telling me what to do about getting a painting sent from Russia.

Delivery was a little delayed but Nelina replied promptly to my query about this and gave me a further tracking link which helped see where the delay was. I guess Brexit and Covid causes some delay. The package was very secure. Delighted with the picture and with the artist's service. I will buy more of her work I'm sure.
