The piece is wonderful. The listing accurately described and depicted the work. The art was well-packaged and arrived in perfect condition. She shipped it quickly and kept us informed along the way. We are also thankful that she reached out before shipment to ask us whether we were intending to frame the piece. When we told her that we were going to hang it directly on the wall, she included the necessary hardware to do so. We are very excited to have this work in our home.

Natalya was fast to send the art work however was slow to respond to my queries about tracking details. Artwork was packaged well and arrived in good condition

Hi Chris, it is sad that I can’t review my customers and protect myself from faulty review. You ordered artworks on February 15 (Saturday) and I had to send it in 3 business days and I did it in time on February 20. There is no commitment whatsoever on when I have to upload the tracking info in the system or how fast I have to answer on messages. When you asked about tracking info I answered you on February 21 and provided with all tracking details. Also I apologized for delay in response because of my grandma passed away on February 16 and her Memorial Servis was scheduled on February 22. And now, 4 month later I get this cold hearted review from you.
