  • Biography
    We are a creative couple from Ukraine. Nadiia Otriazha and Fedir Bushmanov have been working together since 2018. We have exhibited our work in Ukraine, Poland, Germany, and Croatia. We created a museum and several objects in the public space in Dnipro (Ukraine). We are now making sculptures with bright colors and multi-layered finishes. We explore how colors affect perception, creating volume, dynamics, and new visual effects. We experiments with color give our sculptures a unique character and emotional depth.

    Event: TseGlyna 2024. The Power of Fire: a festival of contemporary ceramic art

    Dates: 25 May 2024 - 26 Jul 2024

    Venue: All-Ukrainian exhibition, Kyiv

    For 10 years in a row, the powerful force of fire has been gathering us each year for a new project...
    Burned cities, villages, equipment, fires caused by war destroy everything material, destroy nature, all living things! If left unchecked, this fire is destructive. Ceramists who create new modern images of the present, tempered by high temperatures, leave an important mark in our common history.
    Traditionally, sculptures, interactive works, modular constructions, ceramic panels, video art and installations have been created especially for the festival.
    Along with experienced artists, there will be many young, new names and ideas!
