About Mihone Forsyth

I create dreamscapes inspired by vast, open landscapes and the remnants of desolate, barren environments. My work often features everyday objects placed in alien contexts, rendering them both unfamiliar and useless in their new surroundings - objects that are typically overlooked but become strange and beautiful when removed from their usual settings. Lately, my art has been deeply influenced by themes of the Anthropocene, alchemy, dreams and the concept of timelessness, all of which shape the way I explore the intersection of nature, humanity and transcendence.
