About Marja Brown

The beautiful country side of Dorset offers me unlimited potential to express my love for painting landscapes and seascapes and gives me the opportunity to work with many different colors which I find very healing. But my real passion at this moment in time is to capture the ever changing beautiful skies we find at sunrise and sunset. 

I love painting in oils and acrylics mainly on canvas, but will use any type of surface available, using both brush and palette knife. When I paint I find I can lose myself in each painting anew large or small.
