Painting arrived later than expected, which meant it was not in time for Christmas present. It also arrived with the canvas sagging as the packaging was inadequate (bubblewrap). Packages need to be reinforced to withstand other parcels being placed on top by delivery companies.

Thank you for your feedback,I understand how frustrating and inconvience it is to have a delayed delivery and would like to apologize for the inconvenience this has caused,Unfortunately even been posted the next day after the order was placed, it didnt reach you due to recent Royal Mail strike and Holiday season,which caused significant distruption to delivery service.Allthough this situation was beyond my control I will take full responsibility for the impact it has had on your experience. As for inadequate packaging my sincere apologize.It has never happened before of any of my parcels but since I take feedback very seriously I will take more steps to reinforce the packages more.Sorry for all the inconvience caused.Kind regards,Marily
