    Marie-Laure Romanet is a french abstract expressionist artist , mainly influenced by Pollock but she has her own artistic identity and move fluidly into her own creative future. She uses drip and splash technic and also she sometimes mix with  collage. She loves the whole body engagement involved with this style of painting,  it being so full of energy. She creates with passion, she paints what she is,  what she feels, her work is an expression of an inner journey. She paints her life, through her feelings,her emotions, allowing her unconscious to wheal up and play out into the canvas, without restrictions and censure. Increasingly painting on large canvases, she loves to explore the open space and freedom of expression this allows. Her influence is also in the music, music is part of her life and you can see the melody in her paintings. She's very creative and loves to feel that all is connected within the universe, it feel to her , that her creativity is guided outside of her, as if by an ''invisible hand''.
