I initiated the only communication between us because I had not received the painting nor a message a month after purchasing. Maria did say in her response that she would message me with a tracking number once she shipped the painting but that did not happen. It was well packaged and as listed although a bit yellower in person than online.

I would first like to say Thank You for your purchase, but the facts about this transaction are. The initial purchase date was August 15th, and the delivery by USPS was September 2nd. Per the shipping details in my listing, “artworks are dispatched within 14 working days (business days) from the United States”. By purchasing my artwork, you agreed to these terms as listed on Artfinder. My shipping was well within this timeline as you received the artwork on the 2nd of September. This is not a month's time frame by my calculations. To mark a painting as shipped, Artfinder requires a tracking number. Which I provided. Once an order is “shipped”, Artfinder will send an email to the buyer. A buyer should check their spam folder, or archived folders for an email from Artfinder for the provided tracking number. May want to check around August 28th when I ship the artwork from my local USPS office. Fine color definition can be lost in translation when displayed on various internet devices when compared to real life objects. The displayed color pallet all depends on the RGB calibration settings on a computer, laptop, or cellphone screen.
