About Marcelo Neira

I have drawn and painted since I was a little child. It was just another kind of expression like talking. Anyway when I was 20 I began to study and years later I became a professional. I made illustrations for many mags, books, advertisement agencies and even TV shows. I must admit that painting portraits was something natural to me. I think faces are like a map. You may see a lot of history there. Sadness, hapiness, sorrow, you can find even evil there. When I paint I forget about the world. Sometimes I think my hand paints alone, there`s a kind of uniqness between tha painting and myself. It almost can not be explained with words. It is such a feeling that I almost understand but I really FEEL it! I love painting! When I see the white paper there`s an adrenalin that keeps on me till the last brushstroke. It is an unstoppable impulse. Thanks God I can do this! I want to sell it on Artfinder because I was told it`s the best place to do it and I want to be recognized as a fine artist.
