I am completely delighted with my new painting by Madalena Lobao-Tello. The whole process was easy, I received a quality artwork and it arrived within about two weeks. It was packed so well that even the framer commented on how securely it had been transported. The one negative would be that the shipping costs were expensive, being over 70% more than what it would have cost to ship in reverse using the same carrier (AUD$380 against AUD$220). But having said that, I now have a beautiful painting that brings joy everyday, so I'm not complaining.

Hi Jude :) I am delighted that the painting arrived well within the deadlines and well packaged. It is good to know that brings joy everyday at your home. She was created with much love and a great admiration for the woman who is honoring. I fail to understand very well about the price of shipping costs...I dont understand what means "to ship in reverse". An absolutely beautiful painting which has taken pride of place in my living room. I couldn't be more happy with artwork and it was delivered very promptly. The only downside was that it wasn't delivered ready to hang stretched on canvas board as listed, and instead was delivered rolled up. This was however rectified very efficiently by Artfinder - excellent customer service.

Hello I thank you with all my soul your purchase of my work! I am happy that my work pleases you and I hope it can give you so much satisfacion as I felt when creating it. I would love if you can send me a photo of my work as seen in your living room. I very much regret the inconvenience in relation to the delivered ready to hang. I always send my works rolled in a tube for safety of the canvas as you can see in the description of my works . The Museum of Fine Arts, who should authorize the departure and timbre the artwork, would not have allowed me to send the canvas otherwise. Please, sorry my English! :) King Regards
