About Lynne Bellchamber

Despite gaining my degree in Fine Art Painting in 1998 my professional art career only began in earnest 10 years ago. I gave up the dental nursing and threw myself full-time into commission based portraits which led me to my true love of Fairy Art. Painting fairies and the natural world has seen me through the darkest periods of my life. Neatly 3 years ago my husband died very suddenly, leaving me and our 2 daughters behind. He was my biggest supporter and I vowed to carry on with my painting as he would have wanted. My fairy art has been the best therapy, allowing me to express my grief and allowing me the space to heal. I hope my work connects with those who need a little peace and beauty in their lives.
