Luca was very friendly in our communication, the picture arrived on time and it is absolutely beautiful. I have 2 suggestions for improvement of the "service". Firstly in the listing it was written "ready to hang" when I bought it which is not the case so I would correct the information to avoid confusion. Secondly, I was disappointed by the packaging in which it was delivered: the photography was rolled in the tube without any further protection and with a fingerprint on it (I took it out with plastic gloves, so I know that couldn't be mine).

Dear Mathilde, thank you for your feedback, yours it's been my first order, and of course I've paid my lack of experience, and the flaws you underscore are on me. Of course I'll never do some mistakes twice :) I'm avaible if you need another (flawless) copy.
