The painting looks even better in real and takes a calm presence in the room. The different colors used, and the delicate subtlety of impressionism makes the oil painting special in many ways. A great piece of art!

Liubou is an amazingly talented artist. I commissioned her for a very special portrait of my mother for a milestone birthday - she could not have done a more perfect job conveying my mom’s beauty, strength and power through this painting. My whole family, to include my mom, were in awe with how it turned out. I would highly recommend commissioning Liubou, and look forward to working with her again in the future.

First of all to say that communication between Artfinder and Liubou was excellent. They were concerned, understandably, because I was not at my home address for a few days and the parcel could not be collected. Finally by partner did collect it and it was waiting for me on my return. The packaging was extremely efficient, with two layers of packaging so the painting within it was well shielded from damage. I have looked at this painting 'Helen' for a considerable time online. It is very much the sort of painting I like, but the price initially deterred me. However, Liubou reduced the price with some other pieces and as I was still taken with the piece I decided to buy it. I actually love this painting. It is so evocative and soulful. Immediately I wanted to know more about the model, but the moment that it conveys in many ways is enough. The painting has pride of place in a large front parlour overlooking the ocean in St Leonards On Sea, UK, it fits in so well with my rambling period flat, and already people have admired it.
