Interview from the solo exhibition "Understand" in Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine. 07.03.2024

Concept of exhibition "Understand" Traditional frameworks for understanding the world have ceased to function. The familiar order of things has long been disrupted, and the unstable, aggressive reality that Ukrainians have endured for over a decade raises more questions than answers. How do we make sense of why this is happening to us? How do we understand when it will end? How do we figure out where—and more importantly, how—to move forward? Understanding may be difficult, but it is absolutely essential, if only to avoid falling into the trap of a deferred-life syndrome. Life is fleeting, and we have but one. It deserves to be lived with dignity.
