About Lidia Gaudiano
Biography
I am an Australian Contemporary artist living in picturesque Gippsland in rural Victoria where I am surrounded and inspired by the beautiful colours of the surrounding landscape and seascape. I love the pure process of applying layers and textures of creamy acrylic paint on a canvas and watching it come alive. I began painting 13 years ago as purely a hobby, but that changed quickly and fast became a full time process as I find it to be a soulful and meditative journey. Each piece means something to me……..whether it be a memory of a place I have visited or the combination of colours and textures that make a painting tell a story.
All of my paintings are created using the highest quality of materials, professional wire hangers and they also have several layers of varnish for protection. A Certificate of Authenticity is also provided.
