About Le Lef

  • Biography
I have been creating ceramic art since 1992, since then it has always just felt like what I am supposed to be doing. Even after working in painting, drawing, metals, glass and mixed media, clay has always felt right. My teaching career took me to Thailand and China where I have also exhibited and continued working in art. My current work is inspired by living in a tropical landscape but now living in the desert. Online sales are my favorites, clients have the opportunity to connect with the artist as much or as little as they like. Many clients have sent glowing emails telling me that they are more pleased with the work in person than online. I enjoy having the security of a third party to mediate any issues (although thankfully I have had none) and buyers feel more confident in Artfinder than an individual.
