Biography
Inspired by pattern and colour in the natural world. Recent work explores bees, beetles and sealife through pen and ink drawings and oil painting. Abstract patterns in sliced lemons or red onions, seaside rocks or sand, Laura brings a new way of looking to commonplace things. Her background as a theatre designer brings drama and colour to her work.
Paintings are in private collections in Britain, Europe and North America.
