On top of the price I paid I was charged customs duty of £23. Because of this I felt I was paying more than I would have liked. For the painting. I haven’t reviewed the work as it is still Unframed.

I'm also truly sorry that the buyer has to pay an additional customs fee. However, this is a standard practice in every country, and unfortunately, I cannot include this amount in advance. I absolutely adore the two paintings I ordered from Olena. Once purchased, the paintings were shipped promptly. Both were packed carefully and arrived in perfect condition. Would highly recommend Olena’s work. A very special and beautiful addition to my home!!
