What does it mean?
Generally, spirituality is about everything that has to do with the spirit.
Its simplest meaning is the concept that in addition to the tangible matter exists a spiritual level of existence, from which matter takes life. The attribution of spirituality in a person does not necessarily imply that that person practices a religion or believe the existence of the spirit; spirituality is rather a "way of being" that shows little attachment to materiality.
Spirituality is an active and vital connection to a force, a power, or a perception of a deeper "self."
The spiritual journey is a path that has a primarily subjective and individual dimension of ascending type to something higher than the materiality: from this his identification with the asceticism. It may mean a short course aimed at a specific purpose, or

Biography
Dear Friend.
My name is Kate and I am a full-time artist.
When I was 11 years old I find out that I can't help but paint, so I went deeper and deeper in art. Eventually all my life I create art and didn't get another occupation.
I lead an exceptionally healthy lifestyle and practice Vipassana every day. I learn to see things as they are without bringing them through the prism of my patterns. Most of my paintings are full of color and full of positive vibrations. This is because my mind is calm too.
I am constantly looking for new methods of transmitting my vision of this world to the canvas. All methods I have found I carefully study and the process of studying some of the methods can be called a period.
Usually, one period takes about 1-2 years, then the technique smoothly melts into another, where begins a new method.
My favorite artists: Gustav Klimt, Raphael, Mikelangelo Buanorotti, Odilon Redon.
