About Julian Wheat

  • Biography

Hello Visitor to my art gallery,

I'm a totally self taught artist, and started painting during my travels to various remote corners of the World over a period of 12 years, which inspired me to become an artist.

Travelling enabled me to see breath-taking landscapes and the wildlife that live within those landscapes, which inspired me to portray in paint the sights that I was privileged to see. I have always had a natural instinct to paint and draw, as it is an integral part of who I am. Nature itself is beautiful,so I depict it as we see it,pure and natural.

I am fortunate that in recent years the demand for my paintings has been such that I now work on a commission basis. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you would like a subject of your choice painted by myself.

I hope my artwork creates a pleasurable emotion within you.

Thank you for visiting my gallery,

                                    Julian
