Journey was very communicative; he kept me updated and stayed on top of the tracking, and provided suggestions on how to hang it. My package was delayed and he promptly notified me. The packaging was excellent. It was difficult to remove, but the art was very well protected. The piece itself is gorgeous, and I am very happy with it.
