Joseph Lynch is a painter of extraordinary talent and great technical ability. I own four of his paintings and plan to acquire more. He excells at still-lifes, landscapes, and what might be called "everyday" things: his mode of painting is currently labeled: "photo-realism." There is no one who does it better. He is great at painting young people walking across a London park in laughing conversation, to working-class Irish kids striding down a northern-Irish beach with surfboards. To mention a very particular work, he has a stunning picture of an ice cream Sundae, crowned with a cherry more luscious than any I have seen in nature. In short, in addition to his dazzlingly vivid use of color, one can accurately say that he can (and does) paint with amazing vividness everything from an Irish river to a magnificent private 19th-century mansion on the Boulevard Haussmann. This guy is beyond good.

This painting is even more beautiful in reality. The colour and light are clear and vibrant whilst the scene itself is serene and true to life. It's a stunning piece of art which was delivered quickly and extremely well wrapped! Thank you.
