I would love to review this artwork; unfortunately, I have not yet received it. When I reached out, the artist responded immediately and confirmed that the art was shipped, and said it has been tracked to the U.S.; but was unable to give further information. I know COVID has significantly impacted global shipping, so I will remain patient. However, as we near the three month mark since I placed the order, I have no recourse but to wait a while longer and, perhaps, accept that I paid for nothing. Hopefully, I will receive the artwork, then I will gladly update this review. To reiterate, I do not think this is due to any fault of the artist...I simply don't know what else to do but wait.

I’m truly sorry for this to read. I have done everything that is in my power. I have sent the shipment immediately and attached screenshot of checking the tracking number online, and also called the service( and I have successfully sent all my previous orders using that service) and they said due to COVID-19 they can’t do anything else. And that all shipments are traveling for couple of months because of that. Hopefully it arrives soon. I also had trouble with some shipments due to COVID-19 but they arrived after 5 months(!) since I ordered... I thought they never vill but patience has paid off that time. I really hope it will for you too.

Jelena's work is fantastic. The art was carefully packaged and she shipped it quickly. I'm very happy with Jelena and would buy from her again!
