Biography
Hi, I'm Jeff Parker, a landscape artist based in North Yorkshire in the UK. I work in both oils and digital mediums. Working en plein air,you'll often spot me discreetly positioned behind a hedge, along a quiet track, or perched on a hillside, quickly capturing the ever-changing scene in front of me. Painting on location is a thrill, as it allows me to study and capture the subtle shifts in color as the seasons change and the light moves across the landscape, something of a challenge in the UK.
To me, the landscape symbolises the enduring rhythm of the seasons. It exudes a quiet serenity that I aim to encapsulate, a desire to express myself through each brushstroke.
All my works are signed on the front or back and each piece is accompanied by a signed certificate of authenticity, assuring you of its genuine origin. For digital artwork prints, I use giclée quality printing on archival paper, with each print being part of an exclusive limited edition.Rest assured, your art is handled with the utmost care. Digital prints are securely packaged within sturdy cardboard rolls, while oil paintings receive meticulous wrapping, complete with corner protectors and protective wrap. They are then sealed in a robust, rigid cardboard box.
