About Jane Thompson

Graduated in Fine Art BA Hons and went on to study community arts at MA and have worked as an artist in residence in various locations, most recently the British Museum and London Zoo where I was inspired by the recordings of the scientists and anthropologists of the enlightenment and more comtemporary artists such as Joseph Bueys and Susan Hiller. Who have presented evolution and consequences of globalisation in visceral and poetic media. This collection is simple drawings and paintings presented sympathetically I hope. My work is always changing.
