About Jance Enslin

I love the nontraditional approach that Artfinder takes to selling. With a typical gallery interface, it can take months or years to establish a relationship strong enough for the gallery to finally make a sale of an artist's work or represent them. I want to get my work out there into the world, without having to wait on someone else's schedule. I am a motivated artist committed to the sale and distribution of my work. I also want to tap into a global market - and the internet is a perfect way to do so. I make art because there is something in the way I feel that cannot be expressed through words. My eyes are attuned to phenomena that I am not sure other people experience. I want to explain what I see and experience to others - and I have found that painting is the closest thing to representing that experience in a communicable form.
