About Izzy Smith

  • Biography
I am a UK, Kent based artist with my work predominantly consisting of thick and textured oil paint.

I am inspired by the exploring of nature and my emotions of these experiences controls my paintings. Most of my paintings all have beautiful memories hidden in their depths.

I also love to explore the relationships between the natural and man-made world. This is shown through my colour contrasts or in the way that a painting might look like a portal you can step through into another place, or a digital glitch.
