Biography
Hello and welcome,
I have been painting since I was 8 or 9 y.o. After graduating from two art schools, one of them in the middle of Germany and mainly specialized on new media, and another, in St. Petersburg, with a rather academic approach, I now live and work as a free artist. I focus on painting due to my strong fascination with colour, material, and working process. The process, the state of creative "flow" is a self-worth to me. Though every work does certainly tell a story and communicate an idea, I would describe the "central idea" of my work as art for art's sake.
