About iosonopipo

In 2012 I started a new photographic exploration based on the woman’s figure as the highest expression of nature. The role - and the image - of women has always been pivotal in my work and my purpose is still to deprive that image of its intrinsic eroticism. 

Hence iosonopipo was born.

In 2015 I published my first book,  “Oltrepensare”. In the same year many different international magazines and websites defined my photography “Absurd Erotism”, a sort of new artistic movement. In 2016 I made my first performance called “ctrl+y”. In 2017 I gathered 300 women and I shot them altogether into a single analogue photo called “Vuoto”. In november 2016 is begun "Oltrepensare36x27", an ongoing cycle of twentyseven exhibitions. In each one I will arrange the same 36 photos with different devices. My aim is to connect people through the enjoyment of my art. Furthermore the pictures never came back to me, someone  will just take care of them till the next exhibition.

In 2019 I decided to sell the artistic identity of iosonopipo on eBay. It was acquired by Francesco R. 

After 3 years Mario Mondaini Studio acquired the archives. I came back as the new art director to continue this project: investigating identity through the encounter between people, where the photographic act becomes a liberating and cathartic moment.
