I ran into a hang-up with our postal system. Not tge fault of Ilaria. Nevertheless, after informing her of the situation, she worked diligent to get my art delivered. I would say she went above and beyond to assure client satisfaction. Her art is lively and expressive. I sense joy each time I I view. Her colors and lighting are vivid and pleasing. Her subjects are pleasantly conspicuous and appealing. Her works brighten my home and my psyche.

Ilaria packaged her piece with love and care to arrive safely to my home in the US in the expected amount of time. The unpacking experience was delightful with beautiful wrapping paper and ribbon. The canvas painting was exactly as described and in perfect condition. She is a very talented artist and I can’t wait to have it framed and hung in my house. This positive experience with the artist makes me want to order more art again from this site in the future.

Great artwork as always, I bought them for my wife and she loved them. They came rolled on a tube so we can get them professionally framed, locally. Great to have some art we'll keep for many years to come.

It is my second work of art by Ilaria. Beautiful! And I can only say the very best about the artist. The shipping works great, very fast, good packaging and Ilaria stays on it until the picture has arrived.
