Dear Ian, I chose this life study because it reminds me of the life drawing classes I took at St. Albans school of Art way back on the 70's. Your study of light on the human form belies great sensitivity and excellent technique. It is an inspirational piece in miniature, to be read from afar for delight in composition, and close in to understand your dexterity of thought and motivation as a painter.
