Biography
Heather is an oil painter based in Salt Lake City, UT and has been exhibiting artwork worldwide since 2015. She began painting and drawing at a very young age, and studied with various professional artists at both the Bridge Academy and Hein Academy before completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at the University of Utah in 2015. Her work has shown in galleries from NYC to LA and populated many private collections around the world. Her representational oil paintings focus on a single subject such as a portrait, object, or animal and the emotion of that subject. The subjects are painted realistically, and use expressive brush strokes and color choices to convey the overall emotion of the piece.
