Biography
Architectural Perspectives has grown from my work over the last twenty plus years as an architectural designer- mainly specialising in front end concepts, sketching and visualisation. The need to constantly draw and quickly develop ideas has helped me to develop my particular style and method of working: The drawings are produced initially by hand using a fine Rotring ink pen to give a detailed image which is then scanned and digitally coloured. I aim to focus on the real essence of the building- be it the form, colour, how it casts shadows or a combination of these to produce a graphic, 'architectural' image that could be viewed as the original 'design concept' as much as a record of the building as it is.
