I expected delivery on time - means by two weeks. I had to pick it myself at post office not at home delivery- quite inconvinience. Besides i like photograph which finały is framed and hang.. Thank you Hanna

Hi there. First of all im sorry for the delay, but its wasn't on my hands. Its my responsibility has a seller to hire a good and reliable company. I have sent the package as scheduled, but UPS instead of taking 2 days, took one week. Im sorry for this, but I can't control UPS. I hired an express service( 2 days )and it wasn't delivered by the transporter. About you had to pick it up at the post office, im also sorry for that. But I hired a deliver at your home. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks Gonçalo
