    Honored to serve on the board of the American Artists Professional League as the Social Media Director. The AAPL is dedicated to the advancement of traditional realism in American fine art, through the promotion of high standards of beauty, integrity and craftsmanship in painting, sculpture and the graphic arts. Over the course of almost a century, the American Artists Professional League has evolved along with societal norms. In many ways the organization has been a progressive leader throughout our history. The rich diversity of our members, past and present, creates an engaging story we can all be proud of.

    When painting on location I focus on getting the colors and values right, capturing the essence of the place at this moment of time. I'm a big fan of East Florida Coast, on a cloudy morning the views of clouds formations reflected in the water are simply breathtaking.

    Indian Shores, Florida, is one of my favorite places to go on our family vacation and paint plein air. The Gulf of Mexico is usually calm and warm with stunning sunsets and beautiful cloud formations reflected in the water.
