About Emma Loizides

I enjoy painting candy coloured street scenes and the energetic urban landscape taking inspiration from artists Edward Hopper and Wayne Thiebaud.

I love experimenting with colour, and I find it interesting how different colours effect human emotions. After Studying Spanish at university and spending years working in banking, i admired the architecture and skyline of the city and began painting again.

I spent a few years living in Vegas which has influenced my work. I now have a studio in London and paint the skyline and streets of London. I create happy uplifting works to take people on a journey to London and beyond.
