Elif Duman's painting of Pontormo's Visitation is so pleasing in it's quality of work and detailed reworking of Pontormo's original-i'm so happy to have it in my collection as it is a fantastic piece of work which gives me so much enjoyment in discovering the history behind the painting and it's religious connotations. The painting has a calming and serene effect. Looking at it my thoughts often wander off into the religious mists of early Christianity, even though i'm not a religious person, i find something majestic being conveyed by it. Elif has done a really fantastic job with her depiction of the original.

A good experience, frame was damaged during shipping but not the fault of the artist.
