  • Biography

    Dmytro Shavala is a Ukrainian sculptor. Born July 20, 1994 in the village of Shklo. At the age of 15 he went to study wood at the Yosif Stan`ko College, where he gains skills in wood processing at professional level. In 2013 continues his study at the Lviv National Academy of Arts. There begins the creative formation of Dmytro, as an independent and formed artist. In 2019 he gained a Master of Arts degree. His works are significant by balance, order of forms and structures. We can feel and observe parallels with the works of such artists as Archipenko, Modigliani, Brancusi and Giacometti. If you have any questions about anything, please ask! dmytroshavala@gmail.
