About Diana Benedetti

  • Biography
My work affirms the dignity of human life from its earliest stages and the spiritual depth surrounding motherhood and female identity.
I paint from a personal conviction that recognizes life as sacred, even in its most initial or invisible state.
Through painting, I explore the relationship between women and the life they carry within them, as well as the emotional and spiritual dimensions of existence before birth.
My work does not seek to explain or persuade, but to give visual form to a reality I consider essential: the meaningful presence of the human being from its origin.

"I was raised in a family, which taught me the concept and essence of spirituality. I was born in Cartagena, Colombia, a multicultural and colorful city that influenced my style as an artist. I have been living and working in Miami, Florida for more than 30 years.

As an artist, I feel the obligation and mission of using my talent to improve the life of those who see my work, by transmitting a message of life, love and positivism."
