About Debbie Joplin

Creating has always been a motivating force in my life since childhood. My art form has changed over the years, it wasn't until late into adulthood that I settled on painting, making it my exclusive focus. Being a self taught artist has allowed me to explore my own unique style without the constraints of tradition or conformity, and eventually finding my "own voice" of lyrical abstraction. I paint by emotion and intuition, letting the painting speak to me and guide me through the process; it's a constant back and forth conversation, a push and pull until the final result is achieved. I decided to join Artfinder, as an artist, after seeing how Artfinder promoters other Artists on Social Media. After reading the pdf, "Everything you need to know to start selling your art on Artfinder", I was impressed and felt confident the platform was a good fit for me.
