Biography
I used to create poetry, and that is how I approach my images. But I came to photography via acting, which I enjoyed a lot. I wanted to capture what other people were doing, and to be honest, I quite like doing portraits, once I get to know the person. The poetry decided otherwise. And that force makes me look to constantly improve and evolve.
I feel my images need to be seen on a wall, and seen repeatedly, if I do not feel that, then they do not appear here. I do have other work that is not shown here, although some of those are no longer for sale for various reasons, these on my websites.
I do not print work, instead I use a company that knows what they are doing and can use techniques I could never do at home, like printing on aluminium. The printer is Whitewall of Germany. I have several of my images made by Whitewall on my walls. I expect excellent results from this supplier and they have never failed me. Because of this, all my works are printed to last.
