About Clive Shalice

After more than 20 years as a fashion photographer, I felt the compunction to push myself in another field of the medium. Having been incredibly fortunate to have travelled extensively during this period, I realised many wonderful opportunities to photograph these places had been lost due to commercial restraints. 
Being a lover of nature, I felt a desire to spend more of my time exploring the world and to try and create work that is both timeless and beautiful. There are many wonderful photographers who have inspired me to change the course of my career, not least the incredible David Yarrow, who's image of South Sudanese Tribesman, herding cattle, is one of the greatest photographs of the genre.
